Technical Support Advisor
It is an exciting time to join Pace Telecom. As leaders in VoIP technology we continue to develop our own hosted telephony platform – Pace Cloud.
Working within the technical support team, we are looking for an enthusiastic technical support adviser to join our motivated team.
You will be liaising with our customers to resolve any technical issues they may have, keeping them informed throughout the process. You will be supporting customers with line, broadband, system and mobile faults/issues.
