A traditional phone system is linked to a local telephone exchange. However, with Pace Cloud your VoIP handsets connect via the internet to a Hosted PBX in the Cloud in a highly secure data centre. By utilising Cloud technology, you can reduce the need for expensive phone lines, hardware and maintenance.
Transferring to hosted PBX and VoIP is a journey that every business will take in the next 10 years as traditional ISDN is side tracked for more advanced technology.

  • Pace Switchboard provides the functionality of a receptionist. It enables you to hold, alternate and restore on incoming calls, use conference facilities as well as offering click to dial and touch screen compatibility to manage from your desktop. It is also a cost-effective alternative to an expensive switchboard. Drag and drop calls for conferences and add parties

    to conferences. With click to dial, dial pad and touch screen compatibility you can manage your switchboard straight from your portal on your desktop.

  • Save money and time with our range of video conferencing packages.

  • If you operate a call centre or want to set up a small call centre for your customer support, our call centre solution is scalable to your needs. With supervisors and user level access you can effectively manage your calls and staff. We offer the features of a normal call centre phone system but without the price tag. Provide your managers with a portal to manage their calls and agents. Quickly add/remove an agent from one or several ACD groups or overflow groups, manage agent and callers statuses and transfer and barge into calls.

Pace Cloud Manager

You can manage your own users and maintain your VoIP system from arranging diverts to adding/amending users with Pace Cloud Manager.

Developed with IT Managers in mind to manage their telephony services on a day to day basis, Pace Cloud Manager will enable you to:

Video Conferencing

Communicate with customers or colleagues at different sites without leaving the office with video conferencing. More personal than a standard conference as well as saving you time and money travelling to meetings.

Manage your participants in your conferences allocating Conference Managers, Conference Assistants or participants. Participants can be monitored and managers can decide to drop participants from conferences. Use a conference bridge and add a password for added security.
