Intelligence allows you to create customised reports which give you valuable management information and allow you to control spend.

At the click of a button, you can create up to 20 reports giving you detailed analysis of all inbound and outbound call activity, including destination breakdown, top 30 out-of-hours calls, premium rate dials, departmental analysis and other valuable data.

Reports can be downloaded in PDF, CSV or Excel format – it couldn’t be simpler.
