Telesales Manager
Can you recruit, train, motivate and drive a new Telesales team?
We are a privately owned, highly successful, market leading and fast moving Telecoms success story based in the Wrexham / Chester area. We are dynamic, growing and provide specialist Telecommunication solutions into the SME and B2B market UK wide. As part of our expansion plan, we now seek to implement a B2B Telesales Team to identify sales leads and make appointments for the Telecoms Field Sales Team. To achieve this, we need a ‘Telesales Manager’ to come in and set this up!
Main purpose of job – Recruit, train, manage, motivate and drive forward a NEW Telesales team to Make field sales appointments for Telecoms Business Sales Executives by calling (outgoing calls) new client Business contacts (MD’s and decision makers) propositioning Telecoms solutions and systems, including Hosted Telephony and Telecoms billing platforms to attract more telecoms business.
Essential skills/Experience
* Telesales Manager or Team leader (Telecoms or similar/related B2B) is essential.
* Highly motivated and hungry individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Wanting to control own success and earnings by developing a successful Telesales team
* Excellent communication skills with proven telesales (outgoing B2B calls) track record
* Confidence in own ability to ‘lead by example’ and proven Telesales team development
* Living in/around Wrexham / Chester. Office also accessible via local public transport.

Telecoms solutions sales professional
Salary dependent on experience. Uncapped commission + car allowance
Pace Telecom is a £multi-million Telecommunications, Hosted Telephony, VOIP and LYNC Voice and Data "one-stop-solution" Company, with offices UK wide. As a direct result of ongoing new business success and planned expansion, we have ambitious plans for our future business expansion including further increasing the sales team for Unified Communications, VOIP and LYNC applications.
As a key part of our expansion and new business drive, we are keen to further increase the number of our Field Sales Team by appointing additional, experienced Telecoms Systems and solutions Sales Executive. Hosted Telephony, VOIP and LYNC sales experience is ideally required but we will seriously consider other Telecoms systems / solutions (Business Systems) sales experience, together with a proven sales track record.
In this key, new business to business sales position, you will be required to identify new business customers (some leads will be provided) by cold calling and using database material to arrange sales meetings, demonstrate our Client’s superior product range and telecoms service, close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
